Get more out of Twitter Lists today

We all know how to use a Favourite and a Retweet, but how many of us dig a little deeper into Twitter's other features?

Today we’re showing you three quick ways to get more out of Twitter lists.

1. Team Building

We all like the personal touch. If your organisation is online, chances are your employees are too.

Adding a list of your team members can be a great way for your followers to connect instantly with the most relevant team member.

It also gives your brand a more human face and customers an insight into the culture of your company.

2. Pay it Forward

They say nothing beats word of mouth, and the same applies online.

Consider creating a list of other Twitter accounts you recommend to follow.

It not only shows what influences your brand and taste, it’s also a nice gesture that might even net you some reciprocation!

3. Helpful hints

You’re not just on Twitter to sell, you’re there to engage and assist. Or at least you should be.

A Twitter list that covers all the helpful hints your followers might need can be a great way of adding that extra, customised touch.

For example, if you’re running a wedding business you might want to include Twitter accounts for local florists and catering services.

Think about what your customers might need next and try to help them along the journey.
