Social ad platform 140 Proof has launched a new service offering targeted ads designed for blogging platforms such as Tumblr.
Stay on target
140 Proof uses a technology called the Interest Graph, which analyses users interests and connections to provide more relevant advertising.
Until now 140 Proof offered ads on websites and major social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
With its new feature, called Native Ads for Social Sites, it's expanding its reach to blogging platforms including WordPress and Tumblr.
Bloggers for brands
So far Tumblr has been largely advertising free, and the new 140 Proof-powered ads will appear as regular posts and are able to be shared.
And by offering the ability to advertise on blogging platforms, 140 Proof is giving brands access to more niche and engaged audiences.
