eBay has rolled out an update that consolidates its suite of apps while making buying and selling more seamless.
Mobile shopping cart
Previously the iOS, Android, tablet and web eBay apps sported their own interface. Now everyone's on the same (home) page.
eBay says the update makes browsing, searching for top deals, and purchasing easier across devices.
Buying in
The new design is also good new for merchants. The apps now give more detailed information on buyer activity, including an in-app dashboard that shows which items have been sold.
New sellers will also be given advice on best practice for selling products.
eBay has been operating in Australia for 16 years and to date has clocked up over 681 million sales.
If you're a merchat or retailer will this update make it easier to shift products? Let us know in the comments.
