While video, both live and 360, might be the apple of Facebook’s eye for the moment, it hasn’t forgotten about the humble image.
Indeed, Facebook has recently announced a bunch of updates for its photo albums feature.
Frame by frame
First off, you can now add videos, check-ins, and text posts to your photo albums.
And if you love your friends but aren’t so hot on their snaps, Facebook now lets you unfollow friends’ albums. Conversely, you can also follow albums, so you won't miss a snap of your friend's holiday pics.
Photo finish
Facebook also lets you create Feature Albums, which show your favourite photo albums on your profile.
Finally, friends and family can now collaborate on albums, adding content and comments.
While these updates are aimed at users, they could potentially help brands that share lots of photo content on their Facebook Page.
Do you use photos, text or video most on Facebook? Let us know in the Comments.
