Facebook has just released a new version of Page Insights that’s designed to help brands and page managers more accurately measure their metrics.
Engagement
Page Insights has a new dashboard that breaks down engagement figures into individual tabs, making it easier to drill down into what content makes users tick.
The new tabs include check-ins, likes and the number of people engaged. This data can be measured against historical metrics to gain a clearer picture of fan engagement.
Likes
Finally, page managers can now view side-by-side comparisons of positive interactions (likes, shares) and negative interactions (block, reports), giving another way to see what's resonating with fans.
