LinkedIn has just rolled out a long awaited (some might say long overdue) update: post analytics.
Metrics master
LinkedIn announced the news in a blog post.
“Analytics for publishing on LinkedIn provides insights into who’s reading and engaging with your posts.
“With this knowledge, you’ll be able to evaluate whether you’re reaching the right audience, which posts are resonating with readers, and more,” LinkedIn’s Angela Yang wrote.
Post performance
Now you can view the performance of posts based on metrics including views, likes, comments and shares.
The update also shows which users have responded to your content, making it easier to reach out to your more engaged followers.
As a bonus, the analytics can be applied to any posts over the past six months.
With 360 million global users, LinkedIn's newest update makes connecting that little bit easier.
