LinkedIn is adding a new feature that allows users to translate posts published in other languages.
Allow me to translate
Ideal for an international office or professional, LinkedIn has fulfilled the most requested feature asked for by users and can translate in multiple languages.
Now, when users find a post written in another dialect, a “See Translation” button will appear with the LinkedIn Feed.
The translator is powered by an Analytics API created from Azure Cognitive Service, which also powers translations for Bing, Skype, and Office.
Available everywhere
The “See Translation” feature will predict your needs based on your default language. From Icelandic to Italian, LinkedIn in can now translate over 60 languages.
LinkedIn is looking to continually grow its archive of available languages, which is a smart move for a service whose primary focus is connecting people.
What do you think about the new translator? Have you been needing to see posts translated in your LinkedIn feed? Let us know in the comments.
