If the best way to get your Instagram uploads in front of more eyes is to use hashtags, why does typing tags have to be such a drag?
One developer, frustrated by this very problem, has released a new app Magnify that could solve this modern conundrum.
Shareable imagery
Taking advantage of Android's Accessibility Service, Magnify automatically expands a keyword to add as many hashtags as you want to your caption.
Users only need to type, say, 'magnify_food' for hashtags such as #foodphotography, #foodstagram, #instafood and #foodporn to appear.
Tags are pre-filled by creator Rahul Chowdhury, along with a number of hashtags for travel, fashion, nature and fitness.
That's not all
Other features inside Magnify include the ability to schedule posts (the app sends you a notification when it's time to post), and repost photos from other users.
However, the free version is limited and users must pay $5.99 to have the ability to repost photos, create custom hashtags and schedule multiple posts in a day.
Magnify for Instagram is available now on the Google Play Store.
