Digital marketing is sort of like the Wild West: the rules are constantly being re-written, ignored or simply broken.
However there is an oracle of wisdom that conveniently fits in your pocket and can answer all your pressing concerns. Enter the Quick Win Digital Marketing app.
Question time
Based on the book of the same name by Annmarie Hanlon and Joanna Akins, this app has a simple but attractive premise: to answer the 100 most commonly asked digital marketing questions.
Dip in and out
As we all know digital marketers are frantically busy people to the app is divided into five sections so you can easily dip in and out.
These sections are Digital Essentials, Digital Toolbox, Digital Marketing, Branding Online and Managing, Measuring and Making Money Online.
Drill down
While we found some of the earlier sections a bit broad, the later content covering branding and measurement was particularly useful, as was the information about digital tools.
Overall Quick Win Digital Marketing would be a worthy addition to the app suite of anyone dipping their toes into digital for the first time, and more experienced operators looking for the occasional shortcut or tip.
