Three ways to boost your brand on LinkedIn

LinkedIn can be used for far more than resume browsing and networking, in fact the platform probably has the most comprehensive set of tools to help grow your business online.

Happily, most of them are free. Today we’re going to show you three easy ways to boost your brand with LinkedIn.

1. Join a Group

It’s not called a social network for nothing. LinkedIn Groups are one of the best ways to connect with professionals, and perhaps your next employer.

There are LinkedIn Groups covering everything from Digital Marketing to Hydroponic Horticulture. Find the one that fits and start the conversation.

2. Put your best foot forward

You might have updated your logo and are posting regularly, but is your profile as primed as it can be?

Make sure you include all your products and services under the Products Tab, so prospective clients can easily digest your offering.

3. Target your content

LinkedIn might not be as big as Facebook but it’s still massive – recently passing 300 million users.

That means if you publish content it will reach a lot of people – but not necessarily the right ones.

To make life easier LinkedIn offers improved targeting options for content, so you can pick when and where your musings appear.

You can also pay to promote content so it casts an even wider net.
