Evernote
Evernote is a popular free app that lets users collate notes, voice memos, text and images into easy to manage lists.
Evernote also synchs with its desktop and web versions, meaning never having to forget again. Evernote's basic offering is free, while its recently launched Business App starts at $10 a month.

eWallet
It's almost impossible to keep track of all the different logins and passwords we use these days (unless we use the same password, which is never a great option.)
eWallet is an iOS app that manages all your passwords, PINs, user names, bank accounts and other personal information in one location.
Sure it costs $9.99, but eWallet's 256-bit AES encryption means your data is well protected, and costs far less than having sensitive data compromised.

Track my Spend
Developed by ASIC, Track my Spend is a free iOS app that lets you keep track of you keep track of your finances.
In addition to covering your incoming and outgoing expenses, Track my Spend also offers handy features such as savings goals, 'needs' vs 'wants' lists and synchs your profile across multiple platforms.
You can also export your progress to Excel and other major financial software.

TimeLogger
They say time is money, and with Timelogger you can now track how expensively or efficiently you're spending yours.
Rated the best Time Tracker app by Macword Magazine, TimeLogger lets you keep track of your time via multiple timers, clients lists and custom categories.

Mocha VNC Lite
This free iOS app may be tricky to pronounce, but it's a cinch to use. Mocha VNC Lite lets you control your Windows, Mac of Linux computer from your iPhone or iPad.
Simply download the app and an image of your desktop will appear on your phone screen, with any changed updated in real time. Mocha is useful for accessing files on the go, without having to rely on cloud storage.
