WordPress gets more Social

WordPress has just added scheduled tweets, LinkedIn Updates, and Facebook posts to their admin interface.

Publishing tweets and Facebook updates through WordPress is nothing new, but the improved sharing section will allow a buffer of sorts to preview just what your social posts will look like.

The benefit of the new buffer interface is to present a more active social media presence through your linked accounts, generating more activity within your site.

The need to sign in to Twitter, Facebook, and the like has all but been eliminated, streamlining the process for a much smoother posting system.

It pays to go Premium

The new system will be available to Premium and Business clients, as well as for users of the Jetpack plugin.

For users looking to provide an active online presence, the new rollout is a handy approach, saving time while engaging audiences more efficiently.
