Teens aren't the only demographic who need an app that disposes of sensitive information, we all need a place sometimes where we can share messages in a secure environment.
Enter Confide, the new app that's billing itself as Snapchat for professionals.
This message will self-destruct in…
Launched on January 8, Confide works by letting users send messages that are erased once they have been read.
To add an extra layer of security users must swipe their finger to reveal each word, which prevents taking potentially incriminating screenshots. Once the message is read a notification is sent to the sender.
For those still suspicious, Confide uses end-to-end encryption that ensures the message cannot be retrieved.

While some users might be drawn to the 007-esque aspects of Confide, it also provides professionals with a new way to discuss sensitive issues without worrying about an email falling into the wrong hands.
As a bonus it's also free for the time being.
Confide is available to iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users. To find out more visit itunes.apple.com/us/app/confide.
