Domino’s Pizza in the USA has taken up a Times Square billboard to display customer feedback, promoting the Domino’s Tracker program. The tracker allows customers who order online to track the progress of their pizza down to the name of the staff member preparing it. A new addition to Domino’s Tracker allows customers to post a star rating and feedback message to the site.
The 1,400 square metre Times Square billboard launched today and will display feedback until 23 August 2011. Customers whose feedback is featured are provided with a link to a video of their comment appearing. The Domino's Pizza blog also features footage of the Times Square billboard.
The television commercial captures real-life Domino's Pizza managers seeing their name up in lights.
At the time of posting, 780 customers had shared a review and Domino’s Pizza's star rating was just over four out of five stars.

Domino’s Pizza Australia’s new recipe Hawaiian Pizza (with higher quality pineapple, cheese and ham) was promoted with a surf-music flash mob at Chermside Shopping Centre. Two weeks into the campaign, over 2,500 entries have been received in a facebook competition to win a trip for two to Hawaii, with accommodation at the Hilton Waikiki Beach provided by Quickbeds.com.
