If Android users were feeling a little left out by Facebook's recent updates, this week brings some respite.
The social network has just launched Work Chat, an app that allows Android users to use Facebook at Work on-the-go.
Chatterbox
Work Chat looks and operates a lot like Messenger. Users can connect individually and in groups, and Work Chat allows users to send photos and videos.
As an extra sweetener, Android users can phone colleagues anywhere around the globe – for free.
Working relationship
To use Work Chat, your company must be signed up for Facebook at Work, which is slated to come out of beta in December.
Facebook recently partnered with the Royal Bank of Scotland in a deal that will grant the bank's 100,000 global workforce access to the platform.
At the time of writing there was no word on an iOS companion app for Work Chat.
Would you use Facebook at Work in your organisation? Let us know how in the comments.
