Digital publisher Girlboss, the business and lifestyle brand founded by Sophia Amoruso, is launching a revamp of its website as the company expands its horizons.
Girlboss on the grow
Less ads, intuitive design, and more eye catching aesthetics form the heart of Girlboss’ new website, prioritising functional changes for its web and mobile platforms
According to Amoruso, “We’re beginning with editorial content and [its] conferences and what looks like a publishing business, but the future will look like us incorporating our users in a much different capacity.”
In a recent blog post, the company outlined its entire plan bringing stronger and more impactful content to its loyal user base.
What’s new
The new website will be looking for a more efficient experience, removing pop-ups and intrusive ads that ultimately slow down load time.
With only 10% of users utilising the desktop experience, the new redesign will focus primarily on the mobile platform. Categories will also be colour coded for easier perusing through pages.
