Google Docs has just received an iOS update that makes multi-tasking on iPads smoother and prettier.
Tablet time
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides now come with Split View and Slide Over options on all recent iPad and iPad Pro models.
This means you can, for example, work on a Word doc while monitoring your Twitter or Slack stream.
Tap 'N' Go
While Google Docs was updated back in March, it was fairly light on. This chunkier update will make working and collaborating on Docs via iPad that much easier.
