As we're about to wrap up for 2016, we'd like to take the opportunity to thank all our readers and clients for their time and support over the past year.
The last twelve months have been busy here at SMK Central Command. We've launched a bunch of new course topics including Snapchat, Messenger, Social Analytics, LinkedIn Ads and Customer Experience (CX).
This year also saw the launch of SMK Digital Excellence and SMK Advisory.
Digital Excellence is our membership program tailored for individuals, organisations, and agencies looking to upskill and optimise across multiple areas and teams.
Advisory is our new consulting service designed to assist private and public sector clients around strategic, tactical, and cultural goals for digital and social platforms.
Over the past 12 months we've led 137 courses and in-house training sessions across Australia and New Zealand, working with 1634 industry professionals.
We've also ramped up our blog posts to 15 a week, and are now posting three eNewsletters from Monday to Friday. All the while reporting on the always evolving landscape of social media marketing (hello Snapchat, RIP Vine).
Next year is set to be even bigger for SMK. Select 2017 courses are now available online, and our full training calendar will be published in early January; with updated content including content marketing, video, crisis management, Facebook and Snapchat Ads.
We wish a safe a happy holidays to all our readers. See you again when we're back on Jan 4 2017.
Take care and keep posting!
