Dropbox has released a new set of tools aimed at enterprise users. Here’s the low down.
Straight shooter
First off, the admin console has been stripped back and simplified. Dropbox says the design is robust enough for CIOs, while being accessible for team managers.

Safe and sound
There’s also the Web Session Control feature, while helps admins ensure sensitive data can only be accessed by authorised users. Admins can also set the amount of time individual members can stay signed in to Dropbox.
Finally, Dropbox now offers a custom-built password strength estimator. This compares your passwords against a database of words, names, and patterns so your team can avoid using passwords that may be easily guessed.
The features are now available for all Dropbox Business customers.
