Salesforce Inbox is finally getting a smart calendar, over a year after the company bought startup app Tempo.

Released in 2015, Salesforce's email app is a focal point for the company's substantial userbase to manage their customers.
With the integration of Tempo's systems, users will soon have the ability to sync Salesforce data, such as leads and contacts, and import CRM information into any and all scheduled meetings.
That means that ahead of a meeting, users can see a number of details about the customer, as well as previous messages to offer a refresher.
All-in-one
The new additions are just the first of a host of upgrades that will make Inbox much more than its name suggests, offering salespeople an app full of features to be as prepared as possible.
The update comes to iOS and Android versions of Inbox Calendar in September, and is free for paid users.
