A new partnership deal has been struck at Toyota headquarters bringing new features to the car manufacturer’s city runabout, the Aygo.

Toyota’s ad agency The & Partnership has launched a campaign to show they know their younger demographic is using Snapchat and Spotify to bolster interest in the new Aygo.
Snapchat’s AR services had been contract to launch Aygo Kart, an augmented reality racing game to promote the Aygo, but that’s not all.
A new “Snappable” game designed by Toyota as a Snapchat Lens also follows a storyline from one of the Aygo’s ad campaigns in their “Just go” advertisements launched last July.
Shade on the Apple tree
After poking a little fun at Apple CarPlay, Toyota partnered with Spotify to encourage different music tastes and bringing free streaming to the drive.
The Aygo, launched back in 2005, is marketed as a “young and urban” vehicle alongside its sister model, the Yaris.
In what is becoming a reliable bet, if you want to reach youthful audiences, partner with Snapchat. Oh what a feeling.
