Tap has been added to Word and Outlook, offering users the ability to find relevant documents and the like without having to go digging for it.
The Bing Knowledge Graph is the brains behind the new QuickStart for PowerPoint and Sway, which adds curated outlines for whatever topic a user is working on.
Building on Bing Maps, Excel can now create visualisations from geographic data to give anyone a simpler way of analysing their numbers.
Collect and calculate
The company also wants to help its customers make better use of their time, with Microsoft MyAnalytics offering insights into time spent at work in meetings, email, 'focus' time and after-hours work.
