Marketers can easily create EDMs and push content automatically to audiences with PostUp’s new publishing suite.
Content with a click of a button
The email service provider recently launched Continuum, which allows marketers to publish content across email, SMS, social and mobile push campaigns, all from a single user interface
Continuum also features campaign workflow visualisation for ease of use and CMS integration for automated newsletter set-up.
How it works
By tagging their content in the CMS, marketers will match those tags in the PostUp email template and push it through the built-in approval process.
The Texas-based company believes Continuum is currently the only system that enables the creation of and sending of an email newsletter without logging into the platform.
Monetized marketing
PostUp believes Continuum will help content publishers regain some footing in the race to monetize their content. A recent Juniper Research report estimates that publishers will lose $27 billion a year by 2020 due to ad blockers — desktop or mobile browser extensions that filter banner ads and pop-ups from view.
With such a substantial loss of revenue, marketers and publishers are always on the look out for new monetization strategies.
According to Keith Sibson, VP of product and marketing at PostUp, Continuum’s ability to “automate content sharing and promotion make it easier for publishers to focus on the content itself rather than technical issues” thus freeing them up to create campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
