Christmas is already in the air as Facebook prepares to launch new ad services for the festive shopping rush.

Facebook has announced a brand new set of holiday-themed ad options to allow marketers a better avenue to present their Christmas offerings and boost performance.
Firstly, new holiday-themed templates are arriving in the form of Dynamic Ad overlays for a little extra advertising pizzazz, along with new styles of “price and offer” overlays.
The new presentation options add more flair and creativity to what could otherwise be a humdrum promotion.
New Video Creation Kit tools
Holiday-themed tools are also being launched within the Facebook Video Creation Kit, enabling users to generate short videos using image and text sets.
Early tests have seen conversion rates as high as 9% so the new features seem to be doing the trick, which is good news for marketers. As for the rest of us, is it really time for Christmas shopping already!?
