Facebook has rolled out two new targeting tools aiming to connect brands with the users most likely to buy their products.
Match made in data Heaven?
The first, Value Optimisation, analyses previous purchase data to determine how much a user might spend in your store over a week.
Based on the requirements of your campaign, Value Optimisation then serves ads to users most likely to part with their cash.
Look Sharp
The second tool is Value-Based Lookalikes, which is an add-on to Facebook’s existing Lookalike Audience feature.
The add-on crunches data on users with similar traits to your highest-spending customers, and will target your campaigns towards them. This could help marketers target a far greater number of relevant users.
These new tools are now available globally.
