LinkedIn has recently introduced filters and text styles, helping users streamline side projects as well as spice up videos fast and efficiently.
Adding flare
With the launch of filters last October, the reception was overwhelmingly positive and prompted the development of more options to stylise videos.
New filters like “Work High Five,” “Side Hustle,” and “On the Air” can be accessed by updating to the latest version of LinkedIn and tapping the video icon in the share box.
Once a video is uploaded or recorded, filters and text can be accessed by icons found where elements can be dragged and dropped.
Video success
LinkedIn users like Veronika Gonzalez and Candace Bridges used the latest filters to promote #TranslationTuesday and International Women’s Day with great success.
The added stylisation is a way to help professionals communicate in a more engaging way, while emphasising their core message. Maybe LinkedIn is becoming cool, sort of. Or at least prettier.
