LinkedIn continues to spread its wings with the launch of ProFinder, a service designed to connect small businesses with top freelancers.
Join the dots
It works like this. You begin by listing the services you're after. For example, website design or financial services.
ProFinder will then send you five offers from professionals, picked from their curated list. Each offer includes a personalised message, quote, and link to the freelancer's LinkedIn profile.
From there you're able to directly hire the freelancer of your choice. There's also a ProFinder concierge available to assist with any questions or issues.
Connected world
The move makes sense for LinkedIn. While engagement on the platform has never been spectacular, acting as a quality conduit between its 450 million users could prove popular.
If you're a small business or a freelancer looking for new opportunities you can sign up here.
