LinkedIn Search gets an upgrade

LinkedIn’s new Search features will enable users to see how many people found them, the seeker's job title, and the companies that sought them out.

The new platform will allow users to view a breakdown of how many searchers and from which field sought you out, complete with what jobs are open in each category.

LinkedIn profiles will also be made more reactive with the addition of a completion meter, making suggested improvements. These tips include statistics and complementary strategies.

Expanding the LinkedIn community

The popular professional networking site is also working on bringing useful information such as keywords most searched to discover job opportunities.

With LinkedIn’s new layout, the goal is to make quality connections as efficient as possible. It’s not just about connecting positions and employers. What appears to be tips and additional features are all steps in fostering a broader culture of platform use.
