Messenger Stories is doing what works for its sister app and competitors: it's unveiled a new “polls” sticker.
Get those thoughts
The process is clean and simple enough, users need only choose the poll sticker, provide options to choose and the poll will reveal the percentage of user votes for each.
Don’t know what to name your dog? Can’t decide what ensemble to wear? Just type up your question and custom answers, send it out into the world and off you go.
Power of the polls
Simply take your picture, choose the applicable sticker and test your very own audience. There is also real potential for visual advertising embedded within the new feature.
Happily, Stories is the hallowed home of marketers and advertisers alike. The polling between friends and family is a fun novelty but the business-side is likely to be the main content creator.
What do you think about the latest addition of a polling feature? We want to know what you think, give us your thoughts in the comment section.
