MailChimp has announced a raft of updates to its Dashboard, intended to make data more actionable for marketers.
Big four
The first new feature is Explore MailChimp. This is populated with suggestions around your current usage and preferences.
For example, if you've connected your store to MailChimp, Explore might suggest pre-built audience segments based on purchase history.
Once you try out a few of these recommendations, you'll be greeted with the Predicted Demographics page, so you can delve deeper into your options.
Stay on track
For retailers with a store connected to MailChimp, there's now new metrics around revenue earned from MailChimp campaigns, matched against total store revenue.
There's also an updated Audience section, where you can access all sorts of juicy data about your subscribers including List Growth, Unsubscribes, and Bounce Rates.
While the Sources tab shows where your subscribers found you.
Finally, all this data can soon be accessed on-the-go, with the new Dashboard coming to iOS and Android apps in the coming weeks.
