While you can schedule pretty much everything from emails to Facebook posts and tweets, text messages are often left out of the loop.
Happily, Scheduled app is here to help.
Plan ahead
While Scheduled technically doesn't allow you to schedule texts in advance (thanks to Apple prohibiting the feature), it offers a nifty workaround.
Once downloaded, simply select the person you want to contact and compose your text. Then choose the time and date you want the text to be sent.
Scheduled will send you a Push Notification when you’ve planned to send the text . You can send it via your preferred service or app including SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, Messenger, Twitter, and Telegram.
Patchwork
While the solution isn’t exactly seamless, the app gives power texters a handy tool for scheduling SMS in advance. You can also use Scheduled to remind you to make phone calls and emails.
Support for LinkedIn and Slack is also on the way.
