Show them you’re special
Everyone’s career path is unique, and that’s what LinkedIn wants to hit home in releasing their newly designed showcase to demonstrate indepth experience.
The updated experience section can be added to by clicking on “Add Profile Section” and selecting “Background”.
This will prompt the pop-up of a work experience sheet. Simply fill out the appropriate fields, highlight your key responsibilities and positions held in the same company, and you’re done.
Jazz up your journey
Users can also add engaging visuals such as pictures, presentations, and videos, which is a smart move to stand out and demonstrate your personality as well as skillsets.
Any positions held consecutively at a single organisation will be grouped automatically for easier indexing and profile surfing and is 29X more likely to be viewed if multiple positions are listed.
