Time for a change to your regular stable of apps? Consider giving Hours a spin.
Clocking it up
While there are plenty of time-tracking apps out there, few look as pretty as this iOS app.
Hours uses a visual timeline so you can see how your day is divided between tasks, meetings and all the rest.
Each colour coded block of time can be tapped to add notes or edit.
Visualise this
We found the Hours interface made it easier to track and prioritise tasks, and keep a check on time-drainers (ie checking emails constantly).
Especially useful were the alarms that alerted you when to start, and importantly stop, certain tasks.
Track it
Hours pulls all your time-related tasks together in a report where you can see where you're spending the most minutes, and tweak your schedule to be more productive.
If you're looking for a new way of doing things in 2015, Hours is a pretty good place to start.
