Snapchat has boosted the ability of install ads with quicker, deeper links and beefed-up analytics.

Install ads now let users swipe on an ad and be taken to a section of the advertiser’s app.
Previously, swiping on an ad would take you to a web page, where you had to press a button to be taken to the advertiser’s app.
If you don’t have the app installed, you’ll be redirected to the Apple or Google Play app stores.

These ads are also smarter, and advertisers can now see how many app installs they generate over the life of a campaign. This can be broken down into hours, days, weeks, and months.
Advertisers can also use Snapchat’s Ads Manager to see how users are using their app. For example, how many users added a product to a shopping cart, or completed certain levels in a gaming app.
Theses update are rolling out globally in the coming months.
