A new chart reveals that social spend and content are the top priorities for marketers heading into 2017.
Social standpoint
The chart from Statista, based on studies from Econsultancy and Adobe which surveyed close to 3500 marketers, shows that 56% of respondents intend to increase their social media spend this year.
Just 5% plan to decrease their digital dollars.
Content kings
Content marketing is also high on the agenda. More than half (55%) of marketers plan to increase their content budgets in 2017, while 42% will keep the same budget.
Other areas slated for budget bumps include Personalisation (51%), Video Advertising (50%), and Mobile Marketing (48%).
