There's something to be said for making the most of products you love, regardless of whether it's for work or play.
Businesses using Facebook Pages can now learn even more about local users and the impact of their advertising on the popular social network.
Tell me where you've been
If a business has their Page set up with location features (such as their store's address), and uses Facebook advertising, the 'Local' Insights tool will reveal detailed information about their existing or potential customers.
From there, Page managers can see trends over the past three months.
Who are you?
It gets better. Building on the trends, Facebook can then break down the anonymous data into gender and/or age groups, to discover the most popular days and times for particular demographics.
The tool will also show simple, and separate, statistics about out-of-town users visiting the area.
With another batch of data available to businesses and Page managers, it's never been easier to understand how well Facebook advertising is working beyond clicks, comments and shares.
