Facebook has announced two new tools for marketers to optimise and tweak multiple campaigns.
Split the Difference
The first feature, Creative Split Testing, lets you A/B test various elements of your campaign including images, video length, headlines, and CTAs.
Users will only see one version of your ad.
Test for the best
The second feature is dubbed Test and Learn. This works in conjunction with Creative Split Testing, letting you fine-tune various elements of your ad based on what creative is resonating most with customers. For example, do static images work better than animations?
Test and Learn is also something of a knowledge base. So you can ask questions such as "Which campaign costs the lowest cost conversions to occur?" and Facebook will advice which test to run.
As you conduct more testing, Facebook will be able to suggest best practices based on your specific business needs.
