LinkedIn is introducing new changes to “LinkedIn Jobs” in order to aid job-seekers in discovering the best career path by adding new job search features.
Job jumping
A new search experience has arrived in the form of remote jobs searches and updates to LinkedIn Salary search. It all begins with a redesign of the entire search experience.
Now, users can save jobs, scroll through details more efficiently, get fast details like company size and number of applicants and which members of your network could give you an edge.
Rise of the remote worker
According to a recent survey by Gallup, nearly 43% of US professionals worked remotely in 2017 and now LinkedIn is offering remote specific job searches to make finding flexibility even easier.
Paycheck potential has also been noted as a top interest of job-seekers, now users can search by company rather than just title to better compare pay between positions of the same name.
The benefit from all the new additions allows for applicants to be more informed when being interviewed, and a new notification system will keep users apprised of that perfect fit.
With more than 15 million active job listings, a bit of specificity could make all the difference.
