Google has launched Cloud Search, making it easier for G Suite customers to locate content across platforms.
Cloud Talk
G Suite includes Google's star properties Gmail, Docs, Drive, and Calendar.
With Cloud Search, G Suite users can cast a wider net searching across email, documents, spreadsheets, slides, forms, and internal sites (to name a few).
Besides content, you can also search for information on colleagues and clients including contact details, plus events and files you have in common.
Needle in a digital haystack
Cloud Search works as an app on mobile or desktop. Brands also have the ability to make sensitive documents private.
Over three million businesses use G Suite around the globe. Google says the average worker spend 20% of their working week searching for and consolidating information.
Cloud Search might be able to cut into that time. To find out more visit gsuiteupdates.googleblog.com.
