LinkedIn has just announced Native Conversion Tracking, a new way to measure the effectiveness of ads on the platform.

Conversion Tracking is baked into LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and designed to help you track the metrics that matter most.
These include the number of leads, sign-ups, downloads, and purchases you're acquiring from LinkedIn Sponsored Content and Text Ads campaigns.
Downloading is believing
Conversion Tracking also gives you greater insights around who's engaging with your content. For example, you can access data around users including seniority, industry, job function, and company size.
LinkedIn says Conversion Tracking has been the most requested feature from its users. Now its available for all 450 million LinkedIn users around the globe.
