Facebook Messenger is going global, offering businesses a new way to target and expand its presence to Messenger users.
Beta testing proves successful
After preliminary tests in Australian and Thai markets, Facebook is looking to set its sights on bringing their marketing strategy to the rest of the world.
With more than 1.2 billion monthly users, marketers will have access to a new tool to expand digital ad campaigns and gain a stronger presence in the online community.
This new tool will be available through Messenger’s Ads Manager and Power Editor features. They’ll work as a placement option when businesses opt to run their ads via Facebook.
More features on the way
Pending the success of Facebook’s new drive, click to Messenger ads, a centralised Messenger Platform, and sponsored messages will all continue to provide further advertising solutions to marketers.
Versatility and reach is the cornerstone of any successful ad campaign and Facebook is trying to make the process as efficient as possible. As they launch the new tools on a global scale, the impact is expected to be substantial.
