While it could be said there's no such thing as a sure thing, Twitter is trying to get close with its new guarantee for video advertising.
Money back guarantee?
Twitter is working with the Dentsu Aegis Network to provide select advertisers guarantees around their video ads.
While the details are still being ironed out, it's speculated this assurance will come in the form of pre-roll ads being seen by lucrative target groups.
But wait, there's more!
These pre-roll ads will be vetted by third parties, including Integral Ad Science.
While the guarantee comes with a hefty price tag in the low six figure realm, it could help push Twitter's revenue with video ads. Currently it's one of the few big players, besides YouTube, to offer pre-roll ads.
Meanwhile, Facebook has recently announced plans for mid-roll videos ads.
Stay tuned to see which keeps eyeballs glued for longer.
