The good news is that you don't need to be a tech head to get ahead. LinkedIn surveyed 2000 business leaders, and over half (57%) said soft skills are more important than hard skills.
The most in-demand soft skills currently are leadership, communication, collaboration, and time management.
On the flip side, the most desirable hard skills are Cloud and Distributed Computing, Statistical Analysis and Data Mining, and Middleware and Integration Software.
