Despite all our labour-saving devices and smart gadgets, it can be hard finding time to squeeze everything into a work day.
Never fear: Google Calendar's on the job post-haste.
Time traveller
Google Calendar for Android (running with Google Apps for Work or Edu), now has a feature that looks for the best time to schedule business meetings, even across different time zones.
The 'Find a Time' feature does this by reading your calendar and that of the person you're planning to meet – provided they're a Calendar user too.
Meet up
If there's no time that fits, Calendar alerts you to reschedule further down the track.
The feature lets you manually scan all Calendars to find the best time to rendezvous. If you manage a team, you can also schedule meetings for them.
"Find a Time' is currently only on Android, but Google says both web and iPhone versions are in the works.
