YouTube’s Billion Club revealed

it wasn't so long ago when getting a billion views was kind of a big deal.

But that was in the simpler days of 2012, when Psy became the first artist to clock into the billion club with the ubiquitous Gangnam Style.

Fast forward to 2015 and 10 songs now occupy this hallowed ground.

Top ten

The top ten most watched music videos of all time make for interesting reading. There's the Justin Bieber hit 'Baby', which was YouTube's most popular track for two years running until pipped by Psy.

Two female artists, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift, are the only entrants to boast multiple songs (Roar and Dark Horse for Perry, Blank Space and Shake it Off for Swift).

Stadium fillers

Rounding out the top ten comes Bailando by Enrique Inglesias, Uptown Funk by Mark Ronso feat. Bruno Mars, All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor, and See you again by Wiz Khalifa fea. Charlie Puth.

For those that are interested, Psy's follow up track Gentleman clocks in at number 17.
