To find the new tools, navigate to the Ads Activity tab on your home page. You'll then be prompted to fill out a questionnaire, which Facebook will use to collect shopping data.
Feedback is shared directly with businesses that receive a high volume of negative reviews.
The power is yours!
Facebook will provide guidance to these businesses around improving customer satisfaction and exceeding customer expectations.
The new push for better business has already yielded tips to keep in mind before shopping online, and should give shoppers a bit more insight into their own habits.
