Despite digital promises of creating a paperless office, our experience has been that the ideal is still some way off.
However, there are some clever ways you can minimise your non-digital footprint – take for example the very capable Scanbot.
Through a scanner, quickly
True to its name, Scanbot is an app that scans documents of virtually any type of. It works by taking a picture of your document, which it then straightens, crops, and saves as a high quality PDF or JPG.
Documents are optimised for either black and white or colour.
Once scanned you can edit, sign and upload your document.
Sign on the digital line
Aside from one-click scanning, we like the way Scanbot is linked to all the major cloud services, including Google Drive, Dropbox and Box.
As a bonus the app also reads QR codes and smart data.
If you want to kiss goodbye to struggling with printers, Scanbot is a good first step.
