Google Analytics is finally available for mobile – at least if you're an iOS user.
GA on the go
While GA has been available on Android for some time, this is the first time Apple users can access their analytics on the go.
Until now, iOS users had to rely on GA's somewhat clunky mobile website or third-party apps.
Data driven
The app has all the bells and whistles you'd expect including information about page views, geographic location of visits, and sources.
Users can also drill down into deeper metrics.
For example, page views can be segmented into time and place, then cross-referenced against the location of visitors.
Real time
As an extra sweetener, the app also features Real Time reports, giving iOS users immediate access to their analytics.
The GA app is now available for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, but has been optimised to run best on the iPhone 5.
