Online office suite Zoho has launched a new feature that allows brands to conduct mobile customer surveys using either a custom or pre-built template.
Ask and ye shall receive
Zoho Survey lets businesses conduct surveys across areas including customer satisfaction, education and market research. Questions can be multiple choice and include ratings and boxes.
Hive mind
Zoho Survey is mobile friendly and is available for web, iOS and Android devices. It also allows users to see how they survey will appear on web and mobile devices before sending.
The tool comes with reports and interactive charts that make the data easy to digest, and all reports can be exported to spreadsheets.
Socialising
Finally, Zoho Survey supports social and collaborative efforts. Users can ask for feedback from other users before publishing their survey, and once completed questionnaires can be published via MailChimp, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Zolo Survey is now available, with the free variant coming with unlimited surveys and up to 15 questions and 150 responses per survey. Pricing begins at US $19 per month for unlimited surveys, questions and up to 2000 responses.
