NRMA Insurance has enlisted the help of celebrities and local designers to promote its latest portable insurance TVC campaign.
The company has seeded a series of online videos that highlight the importance of personal, portable items.
Viral videos and treasure hunts
Three videos on NRMA’s YouTube site show local designers creating one-off portable items for celebrities Charlotte Dawson, Bruce ‘Hoppo’ Hopkins and Melissa Hoyer.
Dawson receives a necklace, Hopkins a surfboard and Hoyer a MacBook Air featuring custom artwork.
NRMA is offering the chance to win each of the items in a real life treasure hunt or via a Google ‘street view’ hunt, accessed through the company’s website.
NRMA reaches out
The campaign, by Eleven PR, is the latest in a series of social media innovations from NRMA, who recently ran an online treasure hunt to promote its Home and Contents policies.
